The Indian Governance and Policy Project (IGAP) organised a session at the India Internet Governance Forum (IIGF) 2025 titled “Building a Fair, Accountable and Inclusive Platform Economy: Social Protection, Governance, and the Future of Digital Work”, in collaboration with Chase Advisors and The Dialogue.
The session was moderated by Anirban Deb (Account Director, Chase Advisors) and featured the following distinguished panellists:

The report also outlines forward-looking recommendations that emerged from the discussion, aimed at strengthening governance frameworks, improving coordination across States, and ensuring that social protection and skilling mechanisms keep pace with the continued expansion of platform-based work in India.
